EVICTION DEFENSE
Experienced Excellence
“A great revolution in just one single individual will help achieve a change in the destiny of a society and, further, will enable a change in the destiny of humankind.” – Daisaku Ikeda, Buddhist philosopher

In order to create a better society, we assist people with their own personal revolutions. We seek and promote social and economic advancement by fighting for freedom, justice and equality for people facing economic challenges regardless of race, religion, nationality, citizenship, immigration status or socio-economic status. We believe the first step to personal, social and economic change is having a stable and healthy home environment.
To accomplish this, we aggressively defend the rights of tenants in the safety and security of their home to establish a base for them to prosper, advance and contribute positively to society as a whole. We defend tenants. We stop unlawful evictions. And we prevent homelessness.

I'm being evicted. What do I do?

If you are being evicted, you face the possibility of losing your home. In many cases, that means you not only finding another place to live, but also dealing with costs of moving, disconnecting and reconnecting utilities, and coming up with a security deposit. That's why eviction proceedings are critically important. If you think you have not violated your rental agreement or your landlord is wrongfully evicting you, fight back — but don't do it alone. Evictions are complex legal proceedings. To ensure you're prepared to deal with them, it is important that you consult experienced legal counsel.
